Registration
All applications must be made through the website. The institute aims to respond to all applications in a timely manner and confirm slots, where available, within 2 working days.
Payment
Full payment of fees must be made during the first week of your course of study
Students who fail to make their payment by the deadline date will not be permitted to commence their lessons.
Absences
Students who give 24 hours notice of their absence, will have a possibility for a rescheduled lesson, however this will be at the sole discretion of the Sheikh and depend on their availability.
AA will take full liability for lessons cancelled by the Sheikh and will set up a catch up lesson for the student accordingly.
Students who miss two lessons in a row without pre-informing the admin will be deregistered from AA Academy system and their time slot will be given to another student.
Punctuality
Students are required to inform the administration team of any latenesses. It is upon the student to be punctual for their lessons.
Code of conduct
Students are required to conduct themselves in a respectable and appropriate manner to teachers, staff members and all personnel within the premises.
Disrespect and inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and the institute reserves the right to withdraw and withhold any services to students who act in such a manner.
Cancellations
Lesson cancellation by the student must be made by latest 24 hours before the set lesson time.
Lessons cancelled on the same day will be considered as a missed lesson, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
AA knowledge Academy cannot compensate Missed lessons , as this leaves no time to fill their time slot for another student.
Continuation
At the end of each semester students will receive a confirmation message to continue their course of study.
Students wishing to continue into the new semester do not need to take any action or reply to this message.
Students no longer wishing to continue their course, or wishing to take a break must reply to this message to inform AA Admin.
No reply, automatically means a continuation of study, and term fees will be due accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE:
In this case, students will not be able to book any future semesters without covering their fee first.
Refunds
Course fees are non refundable.
Students wishing to discontinue their learning before the end of a semester are not entitled to a refund.
Missed or cancelled lessons by the student are non-refundable.
Terminations
The institute reserves the right to terminate a student’s lessons and any courses they are enrolled on in the case of any violations.
